CBP Training Session on Happy Classroom 2026: A CBP training session on Happy Classroom was successfully conducted on 14th February (Saturday)in our school with the objective of creating a joyful, inclusive and emotionally safe learning environment for students. The session focused on the importance of integrating happiness, positive thinking and well-being into daily classroom practices. The session provided an excellent platform for teachers to share their experiences and reflect on their teaching methods. It encouraged us to adopt innovative and child-centred approaches that promote both academic growth and emotional well-being of the learners. The training emphasized the role of teachers in building strong relationships with students through empathy, appreciation and effective communication. We also learned various strategies such as positive reinforcement, activity-based learning, mindfulness practices and stress management techniques that help in maintaining a cheerful and supportive classroom atmosphere. The entire session was supervised by two CBSE resource persons.

They explained the whole subject to the teachers in a very simple and fluent manner through some amazing activities.
Overall The CBP training on Happy Classroom was highly enriching and informative. It inspired teachers to become facilitators of joyful learning and to nurture a positive classroom culture. The training reinforced the idea that a happy classroom leads to happy learners, which ultimately results in better academic performance and overall personality development of students.
